In main mixing tank, add water. Disperse Ultrez 21 by sprinkling on surface of water and allowing it to self-wet without mixing. Begin mixing once polymer has self wet. Add propylene glycol and glycerin. Combine phase B in separate mixing tank. Heat both phases (A and B) to 65-70˚C with moderate agitation. Add phase B to phase A. Mix until uniform and then homogenize. Add phase C, reduce mixing speed and cool to 45˚C. Add Preservative and fragrance at below 45˚C
